Thanks to beef for lowering his standards and raiding on normal. I got some good drops. Despite getting the boots twice in the raid, which I already got 3 times before 
I came away with the machine gun and 3 exotics though.

Yea thanks for asking.
W/r/t hard mode, I'd recommend being no lower than 307, and even then you'll probably have to be hidden during certain things and carried a bit by higher light levels.

I'm very close to that. Good thing is I can be the runner which doesn't need a higher level. I'm down for trying it anytime. The drops last night helped.

Runner actually gets shot more by ogres if you're doing no knight strategy. But the oryx fight is the easiest part to hide your low level guys. You really only need 3 people to do anything. Everyone else literally sits on their plates.

Played Iron Banner for a good bit today. Got a 294 chest piece, but jeez, it was slim pickings on the drops. I even had a stretch where i went about 3.2, 3.6, 4.5, 3.5, 2.8 K/D and only got a few motes and coins. I'd love to know what the luck system is.
I'm about one round away from lvl 4. With a shader, emblem, and bounties only took a few hours or so

Got myself up to 307/308 thanks to iron banner. If I can get a new warlock bond or special weapon I'll be in good shape.
