Aiming isn’t tight at all. All of the black screens when transitioning from cutscenes to gameplay is annoying.

I can’t believe how much I hate this game. I am so upset. Been waiting years for this and it feels like a complete bust.

It's not that bad for me, gotten better as I've kept playing. There's still plenty of jank, though, such as the cutscene transitions, some animation stuff, etc. Performance on the base PS4 can get pretty bad while riding the bike around any enemies, also.
