FWIW, I've been playing about 4 years or so and I've only hit 15 or so homeruns altogether. Not counting in the park of course.

I played a tournament one weekend years ago(6 games because the lost the first one and had to win out the rest of the way) and hit 14 that day.
Never hit that many before that or since in one tourney. Don't know why, but my bat was on fire or it could have been the old Worth Super Duper min 48 core balls that were really around 52-54 core and would fly forever. That was when I was playing 3-4 times a week though. Up until I quit playing a few years ago I usually averaged at least 1 a game on regulation 300ft parks. No one wanted me to play for my arm or fielding...DH only

I'm not a big dude and I don't have that country strength like you
I think the best I ever did was hitting about 4 in row over centerfield in practice

I wish I could go opposite field. I would wait and wait and wait and still pull it between short and third. I've never been able to push it so even when I was younger playing baseball I learned to hit left handed as well to hit behind the runners and play it safe sometimes.
And yes intentionally hitting up the middle will cause some problems.

I hit the fence one time, but never got one over. I push everything to right field tho, I figure thats where the other team usually puts the worst fielder.
I usually pitch and I have had some close calls up there with people hitting up the middle, I have never taken it personally tho.
