No, the Scorpio is Microsoft's preemptive strike on Sony's Neo.

Cyberpunk 2077 might as well be considered vaporware at this point, I think it will eventually come out in '18 or '19 but wouldn't be surprised to see it pushed to '20 either. They were such huge teases with the trailer the released WAY to early.

It's just the beginning, I'm down for more platformers on PS4 though. No real connection to Crash with me even though the first two were fun.
Crash Team Racing was better in my opinion.
