No "War Never Changes" intro for FO76?

Did I miss it?
I've been playing FO76 for a few weeks now and have almost 200hrs into the game, but TimPool just reminded me of the FO "War Never Changes" intro in nearly every other FO game.

Come to think of it, I don't remember it being in there.

Even in some fashion, idc if it would fit with the FO76 theme.

“War. War never changes” is literally the first dialogue you hear in the intro.

Cutscenes take away from gameplay.
I hate them all ..
Give me more time exploring the world, reading notes and discovering storylines.

How is that odd?
Example, Valve games like HL.
Edt: Train you still got to play, experience the world. Even the "Heart to Heart" of HL2, even though a CUTSCENE, is presented as the only time gman got a chance to deliver a message.
