New build suggestions

Ive been jumping around previous posts trying to catch up on latest stuff. Have monitor, keyboard mouse already. Will be doing work which is not graphic intensive and gaming when time allows (witcher, eq99, long dak, divinty etc). want to stay under $1500. Last build was 6 years ago.

FWIW, after a little bit of research, I recently ordered a build with a 3070 and 5600x. It was about $1300. I've watched youtube videos showing performance on a lot of games with that combo and have been impressed, but I'll probably be waiting a little while to receive the PC so can't speak with first-hand knowledge.
