What defense are you guys running? I'm in a dynasty league with a some buddies and one guy has been tearing me up with all different types of routes combos. I'm a good MLB user in pass defense but I feel like my guys are always out of position to make the play.

What defense is your go to to stop a pass/run/overall? I have watched countless amounts of videos but can't really stick to one.

I like the 335 stack. If I’m playing against a qb that can read coverage I’ll pick a cover 3 match and then audible last second to a blitz and vice versa. I usually play on the middle linebacker. If the qb is rolling out I rush in and then pull out and spy him or follow the drag routes.

If I’m in 3rd and long line to run nickle cover 3 and rush from one of the end spots.

I do like the nickle 425 because it disguises a lot of packages.

If I’m being eaten up by certain routes over and over adjust the coverage to what they are doing like go with shading outside if they are throwing outs, adjust zone depth as well

I run 3-4 most of the time regardless of the offense. The faster my linebackers the less I use nickel/dime. I only go to those if I’m getting gashed in the air on multiple possessions.

I usually blitz on first down to try and get them to second and long and screw up their plans. Once they adjust then so do I.

Finally…I use the disguise coverages feature and that really fricks up the human opponents who have good go to plays against zone/man/blitz. I’ve gotten a lot of picks this way
