We had been advancing as soon as everyone has played their games. It used to be Wednesday and Sundays. What ends up happening with set days sometimes is people drag that shite out forever. It's a game that takes 1hr to play. Everyone in here at some point in the day or night dicks around for more than an hour.
I have zero problems waiting on someone who needs more time to play if we are waiting on that one person to advance, as long as it's not every week.
I'm just one member of 12 and honestly my schedule is more open than most, so that leaves me wanting to play more frequently. So I am biased on wanting faster advances. I will concede with what the league wants though.

I think we should have set Monday/Thursday advances. If everyone gets done sooner great, but if not then we should stick to it

They also play NFL games on Monday and Thursday.

I like the Monday/Thursday. If everyone happens to finish before that then we can advance. But I do think that if people can't get their games in before the advance then they should be simmed.

Advanced to week 2

Took out Penn State 38-17.
Didn't play as well as I would've liked, but i was impressed with my defense, because they were making 3rd down stops.
The new faces on offense made a big impact early. JUCO QB Calhoun made some nice passes and runs. The Freshmen stepped up when called upon, Halfback R.Young had some good cuts out of the backfield, along with FreshmanTE S.Tyree who led the team in receptions and receiving yards.
I have a lot to work on, but won't have time to straighten it out before facing HTF in week 3.
