Now that we have a full participating 12 teams, we might have to go back to having 3 teams in 4 conferences. We have 5 conferences to divide the teams up. So how would y'all like to divide this up so I can do the custom conference stuff?
The following are just some examples to get the brainstorming started
3 teams, 4 conferences divided evenly with the less experienced users in a division by themselves.
2 conferences with 3 teams, then 3 conferences with 2 teams for a total of 5 conferences

Or just move a few CPU teams from each conference and make one conference like American with two users in it and keep 2 I'm each conference.

Why not 3 conferences with 4 teams? Otherwise 1 team in each conference is almost guaranteed to make conference championship while the 2 users on the other side it pretty much just comes down to that user game
