It's essentially only $5 for a rental/trial. Bargain if you ask me. Not to mention, I've heard of people getting the game a few days early from mom & pop store and flipping it for well over the $60 price tag. It's amazing how impatient some people can be.

Mine just finished downloading and installing! Don't forget that after in downloads you're still looking at an additional 15 or some minutes of install time.

It's 3 days. I can save the 25 and wait and I don't care about dlc

Right, but it's not $25 just for NCAA. It also works for Madden, Tiger Woods, Fifa, NBA 13, and NHL 13. It's really not a big deal and $25 certainly isn't going to break me.

I realize it's all those games. I just don't think it's a very good deal.

Well I'm playing it right now and frankly if I hadn't paid the $25 for it, I would've spent at least $50 tonight going out.

You are entitled to your own opinion, albeit few and far between agree with you, EA has sold these puppies like hotcakes.
Genius idea by them.
You must not game much, at least EA wise, or you'd understand it's a great deal.

So Im not understanding, you pay 25$ only to have a copy of the game for three days? Why would you want to do that? Why wouldn't you just the actual game that doesn't have an expiration date. You're gonna have to buy a copy after the three days anyway

What's so difficult to understand? It allows you early access to the game and it's not just for one game, it's for six. Back in the day kids would pay $7 all the time to rent one game for three days. It's basically like a trial as well. For instance, I'm not sure if I want to buy Fifa or Tiger Woods. Now I'll have three days to try them out before I shell out $60 for each of them.

Because some people work during the week, so to be able to get NCAA/Madden/FIFA/NHL 3 days early and be able to play all weekend instead of waiting for Tuesday and hardly being able to play durin the week, plus the whole free trial thing and the 20% off DLC is huge when you spend a decent chunk of money on Ultimate Team Packs, as well as Be A Pro player boosts on FIFA/NHL like I do.

maybe the file got corrupted during the download. i wonder if anyone else is experiencing this.

Yea, my friend kept going back to the Season ticket screen and kept pressing download when he wanted to see how far along it had gotten. Im still waiting for mine to finish. Btw, i started it at 630 and its only at 80 something percent.
