MW2 Diehards - Opinion of BlackOps?

just wondering what you mw2 diehards are thinking about blackops so far? i'm not totally sold, but willing to give it a try [esp. for the zombies].
how does it compare? i don't care too much about graphics, but what about gameplay/fun/etc?
i know a lot of you hated the oma tubers and mlc knifers in mw2 but i never really saw a lot of these types in the games i played - the biggest pain in the arse was spawn tubers in s&d.
so worth a try? or do you think you'll be going back to mw2?

I've only been killed by 6 noob tubes. The only thing I've had thats really bad are the people that spawn camp. Its pretty easy in a couple of maps (Firing Range and Nuketown) and if you have a RC Car, you can just plant it near where the spawn is.

I loved MW2 and I love this. graphics are great, not sure where you heard/saw they werent.
really man its almost exactly the same just a little bit slower pace because you can't move like usain bolt in BO

Kinda bummed out that killstreaks don't stack. takes a lot of fun outta the game IMO, other than that and the fact that scavenger doesn't refill claymores, I love it

i'll never play mw2 again. This game is everything mw2 could have been. it has some quirks but those can and will be fixed.

Yeah, I didn't mean I'd go back to MW2, this game is considerably better.

Yah I don't like that, but I do like how you can pick up your claymore after you set it down.
I'm pretty much sold on ghost as my perk 1 because scavenger doesn't refill equipment.

I like this part the most. You need to have some kind of skill to reach the big killstreaks... The days of a noob toob multi kill X2, predator, harrier, chooper gunner are gone and I couldnt be happier.

I like how there isn't a stopping power, it makes the game tougher. I m16'ed the shite out of people with FMJ and Stopping Power pro in MW2.

BO isn't as smooth as MW2 was, BO seems to be laggy(sp?).
I don't like that killstreaks don't stack and it sucks scavenger doesn't replenish claymores.

Yes, but it caps explosive damage @ 75%, so lone grenades will never kill ya... direct Semtex stickys will still get ya tho
the pro version lets u set the fuse and throw grenades back. Haven't unlocked/bought the pro version yet but I'm looking fwd to it
