re: Maximum Football 2019 - a GENERIC college football game (Out Now)

they posted a quick video of the WR catching in stride since most of the internet was barking for it since the gameplay trailer released... the gif doesn't really do it justice. i suggest paying the $2 to see/hear it for yourself. it sounds like an indie game as well as it looks. i'll still get it.

This just makes me sad that we can't have NCAA games anymore. I hope that the new mode in Madden can lead to NCAA games coming back.

The NCAA wanted to limit what they wanted to do with the game. Mainly the customization and roster sharing.

HUGE improvements from their 2018 game to this year’s. I wouldn’t even touch 2018. This one at least looks playable and has semi-realistic college team names. The way I look at it is it’s a group of 3 guys (mainly just 1 developer), and he’s shown the ability to improve the game, so why not invest $30 this year and see what they can do next year?
