Looking for a gaming chair and steering wheel for xbox

It’s for my 11 year old. This is all new to me, I spent a decent amount of time looking before coming here but now have more questions than before I started 
He’s been playing racing games on his Xbox and for Christmas he’s asking for a steering wheel (I assume foot pedals are optional for him, but the only thing he ASKED for was that it had pedal shifters on the wheel)
We were already getting him a new chair, so I was wondering if the steering wheels were somehow mountable on the chairs… can anyone here help me out or point me in the right direction?

I can’t speak on the quality though, and you’ll still need to get the steering wheel and pedal set. I saw another one on Amazon about $100 more than the one I linked.

The 199 there only looks like the chair and nothing else.

It's the chair and the frame. There's an image that shows which steering wheel sets work with it.
I did not see, with a brief glance, anyone selling the full setup; even if they did it wouldn't come assembled anyway.
