Rent or buy? Rentals are hard to come by but plenty on the market here. Tons of new construction to be had as lots of contractors have sort of over built here and then the market went down.

Buy. We are done renting. Plus, I figure when I get out, if we dont sell, I will just settle down there and make the 3 hour drive to Tiger Stadium all the time. Our VA loan cap is going to be around $130-$140,000.
