Disney Infinity was released in 2013.

Kingdom Hearts was released by Square in 2002.

It was a HUGE risk at the time. Most people scoffed at the idea of merging Disney with Final Fantasy and it far exceeded expectations.

Part of its initial appeal was its (at the time) well-known voice cast, including voices for Final Fantasy VII and VIII characters for the first time.
