Just got ps4 pro - what games should I get to see 4k and/or HDR?

ETA: They list Rise of the Tomb Raider resolution available in 4K, but 30 FPS. This is why I passed on PS4 Pro for now.

The Last Guardian, FFXV, Dishonored 2, and Ratchet and Clank all look great. That's just from what I have played. I hear Tomb Raider looks awesome but I'm not putting myself through that again.

I think Rise of the Tomb Raider looks the best and maybe Rachet and Clank. Rise plays fine at 30fps and you can always play 1080 at 60.

Do I need to do anything special to make these games work in 4k? I have Last of Us and I see HDR option, but not 4K.
