Says here that the value is around 10,000 but good luck finding anyone with that much dough on them.

Gun runners has 8000 every few days. I usually scavenge guns and what not and sell them to gun runners.

FYI, when you pick up the snow globe it sells it automatically.

I noticed whenever I got it myself. It forks over the 2000 caps the second you pick up the globe. no need to fret.

I'm trying to race through this NCR playthrough now. Energy weapons are boring me to death. Although I did buy a bunch of rounds for my grenade launcher which is providing endless amounts of entertainment.

Regarding those gold bars, I couldn't take many with me on my playthrough. I was already loaded down with equipment so I think I managed to cram one into my inventory before I got the hell out of there.

There's a way to get all the gold bars out. It just takes a few times to get it down perfectly. If you do, you'll never have money problems again.

Looks like glitches are still a big fricking problem with this game.

no real game-ending glitches, just really fricking annoying ones. I've been having the most trouble doing Gannon's sidequest. I sent Lily to do her sidequest when she wasn't a member of my party, thinking she's be waiting in Jacobstown. One less step to worry with, right?

wrong. bitch fricking disappeared. The doctor in Jacobstown is also a big part of Gannon's sidequest and he's too worried about Lily, who is supposed to be in the room only she isn't. I dunno where the hell she is. Both sidequests have ground to a complete halt. And I saved over my file already.

I thought they patched all this crap. You're killing me, Obsidian.

Guess I'm going to just cut out all the side quest bullshite and go straight to the end.

I just finished the dlc. It was way too short, but I still liked it. Much better than the first dlc.

If Vegas didnt always find a way to lock up my system, I would of gotten this same day it launched like I do with most DLC for games I own.

I have beaten Vegas, but not the hardcore mode nor the last DLC. Everytime I go back to play, my 360 locks within an hr or so(this is with all autosaves turned off).

I like the game itself, but everytime it happens, I put it back on the shelf for another month or so.

Ya it sucks that everytime I go through a door in Fallout I sort of hold my breath fearing the game is going to lock up. Autosave is a necessity for me.

Thinking about starting a new game and going through the legion/ncr storylines, I went with the lone wolf and mr.house options my first go round.

What's really fun is when the autosave becomes corrupted after a loading screen freeze.

Save often, you never know when loading screen russian roulette is going to frick you.

Yeah I remember when NV just came out, I had been playing the game for a solid few hours straight when all of a sudden I exit a door and my game froze. I didn't think anything of it until I restarted the game and it said my save file was corrupt. I had to start over from the beginning.

I just did the gold bar glitch. I'm fricking loaded.

I honestly hope that they patch this at some point. The temptation to steal all the gold bars is super strong. I'll never play a legit character again.

I just hope that none of the settlers in Goodsprings go looking around in the dumpsters, they'll find a huge cache of gold and upgraded weapons.
