That was me from 1999-2004 with EQ (dropped around Omens of War). I was so deep into it that at one point I was on the phone with a co-worker and meant to say "I'm pulling into the parking lot right now" but instead said "I'm zoning into the parking lot right now."

My guild was a little different, because while we started out as fans of a particular podcast where the hosts talked a lot about the game, it morphed into one of my first voiceover gigs, doing announcing for one of the shows, and later we met up in Vegas for one of the guildies birthday parties
