The average person can't tell the difference between 720 and 1080. If you can and it matters to you, go with a pc

While PS4 is NOT an order of magnitude more powerful than Xbox One, PS4 does have about 1.5x more GPU shader/compute performance, twice as many ROPs / render output units (32 vs 16) and much higher bandwidth GDDR5 main memory.
XBone has a modest pool of high-bandwidth ESRAM, low-latency DDR3 and very SLIGHTLY faster CPU but it's not going to overcome PS4's advantages, overaLl.

The resolution difference is noticeable on cell phone screens to say the differences in resolution large screen HDTV's is disingenuous.

I'm hoping it's like Crysis with swords. I'd like to be able to customize my armor like the suit in Crysis, obviously not to that extent but some customization would be cool.
