If I could get this PC for $350, would it be a good start?

Thinking about going to pick this up if anything mostly for the parts. Might use it until I am ready to upgrade. I would like a better processor and vid card. Other than that I think I come out cheaper buying this just for the case, HD, ram, etc.

I didn't think so. He's asking $450 but is negotiable. I am going to call in a bit and if I can get it down to $350 I may go run grab it.

i would jump on it at 350, hard to beat that price as a good base to work from, plus it is already built

Doing some math and even if I had to buy a new motherboard to support a different CPU then I still come out ahead even after buying a better GFX card vs buying all the other parts separately.

None the less not a bad build for the price. I love Cooler Master cases, I own one of those HAF without lights.
350 and then turn around and drop 150 on a decent GPU. You are good to go from there.
