The rosters? If you have the game, just follow the directions on the website and look in the sidebar for trusted gamertags. The only gamertag up right now is 'pastapadre', for the 360.

I've never actually loaded rosters to a game before how would I actually do it after putting it on my jump drive?

Here's instructions from CDJ of freencaa09rosters.com:

* Copy PS3 folder (with all contents left inside) to USB drive.
* Put USB drive into PS3 and go to "Game" on the XMB. Go to "Save Data Utility" and select the USB Drive. Highlight the NCAA (09) Roster File and hit TRI and then select Copy.
That should do it.

A word of caution on downloading rosters:
If you are a dynasty freak like me, you might want to hold off on downloading roster files to use in dynasty mode at least until a patch of some sort is released to fix all the bugs associated with the roster edit feature.

none at this point. i know that the folks at ea are investigating the problem now. I doubt it will be too long after the release tomorrow. My rough guess would be a couple of weeks.

I think you'll be fine as long as you don't edit BEFORE you start a dynasty. To be safe, I would save the rosters as a new file and delete the pastapadre one. I read that people that do all that don't have issues.

i have a 360 and tried downloading the roster from pastapadre and it wouldn't let me do it. i tried to add him as a friend on the dashboard and it said his friends list was full. is there another name i could use to download the rosters?

Jesus, visit freencaa09rosters.com (the link in the first post) and enter one of the gamertags listed on the right hand side.
