I had a big PS backlog because I am generally an Xbox guy. I bought a ps4 form a friend that got a ps5 at launch. I think HZD was probably my favorite game that I've played on PS so far and that includes God of War, Spiderman and Ghosts of Tsushima.

Knowing what happened in the first game and I do mean all of the implications and intricacies it posits is a must. Depending on your time level free to commit to such things you could just watch a 2.5 hour YouTube vid and be primed for forbidden west instead of wasting 20-60 hours on a rough draft inferior product to get to the refined masterpiece

Im trying to give this game the very deserved respect it’s due by not making a bee line for main story credits before Elden ring unlocks lol.

I'm about 13 hours in and I just got to Plainsong. Game says im 13.5% done. I'm just glad to finally see some better gear, and the parts I need to grind to upgrade them.
The game has been incredible so far. Probably will be busy all weekend with Mardi Gras, but hoping to get some more time in on Sunday.

We are in about the same spot. I looked last night and I was 12 something percent and played a bit more and made it to Plainsong.

I’m coming back to this a bit after burning through Elden Ring. Damn this is a good game. I think I’m 50%ish done.
