found the Strand of the child in childbed and received the Unsealer, but cant seem to progress any further down here. need more abilities it would appear. I may be missing something though.

guess im going back to the palace and opening that door.

i see this is a DLC area

Use the Unsealer and then keep going that direction. Don’t worry about the rest of the Childbed for now.

Did the Final performance and pale sky.

Fun fight. Glad I enjoy platforming. Some intense sequences.

Probably go finish up what I can with double jump and then take the world pillar elevator back up

Glad you enjoyed the Final Performance. I thought it was a pretty inventive fight.

And feel free to go in any direction you like. There’s no point of no return. NG+ has to be started intentionally.

Beat shidra. Pretty fun fight. Great game.

Will likely do a dex/res build for ng+

Before you move on to NG+, you're likely missing massive areas of the map that you aren't even aware exist yet, unless you've been intentionally following an online map. They are worth exploring in the base game before pushing forward into NG+ to get more weapons and armor, max out your breath, max out nacre, etc. And the weapon found at the end of the Abandoned Opus has very high stat reqs, but would likely be fun for a combat oriented NG+.

Yeah, lot of the map I haven’t explored it would appear.

AO is in the top left of the map and has a hidden entrance. Most people won't find it without knowing it's there. It's by far the hardest platforming section in the game.

If you want to have an idea of how much you have left, look at the world discovered percentage on the level up screen:

ETA: You don't need to kill yourself over that percentage, but I want to say I got it up to 95% or so before going NG+.
