They added a couple new holes on Tour 6 too. Game play has been a lot smoother as well. So far so good with this update.

That one hole is like a Par 6. The one where there's a lake in the middle and you have to decide to go left or right. probably going to hit 1k trophies today.

Hell yeah. I just hit a hole in one on a playoff hole, the one that slopes down to the left. I won a stage 5 platinum chest.

So.....Tournaments are incredibly expensive.
I'll be passing on playing in them in the future. That "Entry Fee" is per hole, not for the entire tournament or even the initial 9 hole qualifying round.
For example: I joined the Challenger II Tourney ($100k buy in). There are 3 qualifying rounds (9 holes per). You only have to participate in 1. If you finish in the top 35% you make it to the "Opening Round" (18 holes). If you make it to the top 50% in the "Opening Round", you advance to the "Weekend Round".
So minimum holes to place in the "Weekend Round":
- Qualifiers: 9 holes or 27 holes
- Opening Round: 18 holes
- Weekend Round: 18 holes
Total of 45 holes. At $100k a pop. Or $4,500,000.
And 1st place prize for Challenger II is $3,000,000.

As long as you bat .500 in the tourney matches, it should even out though. I made money playing the first 9 holes.

Yeah I was sitting at $270k and played one hole and lost. Next thing I know is the game is telling me out low on funds and need to purchase more. I said frick that. I'm pushing for arena 7 and keep getting close. I can win in arena 6 but keep losing my arse in arena 3.

frick this piece of shite game. I need to delete it before a phone or tablet gets broken.
I was in tour 6 over the weekend, and the damn screen when black and all you could see was the hole. Every damn shot was out of bounds. I was like what the fricking frick. Same for my opponent. I figured I would just outlast him until he disconnected, because I didn't have shite to do. Hell no. This mother fricker ends up making it some how. That was my last 30,000K.
I wrote a complaint in the help section letting them know how I feel. I think they put some bad juju on my account because I haven't gotten past 800 coins since.

yeah, you were right. i went on a 4 game win streak while playing qualifying games and got up to $800k in the bank.

Im finally getting to where I can win consistently on Tour 6. Its all about just continuing the grind until you get the cards you need to complete in the upper tours. The Horizon is my driver of choice right now. I love the top spin and curl it offers

I got 4th place in the Challenger 2 tournament. I shot a -5. I would just use Kingmaker, Katana, or Titan every round. Now I think that will bite me in the arse for this next round. I was offered 500 gems, 45 Katana, and 75k for $4.99 IRL money for making the qualifying round. I'm not going to pay for it.

I'm fcking pissed. Entered into the tournament thinking that the 100k would be for the first qualifying round. I had ~180K at the time.
I lost the following games in the shoot off
1) .06 yards
2) .1 yards
3) .03 yards
4) 1.1 yards
I went first in all of those MFers. I didn't even get to freaking play in the qualifier and wasted 100k.

i'm doing much better in my 2nd qualifier round. 5 under, after 6 holes. crossing fingers i finish strong, this field of play doesn't seem as competitive as the first.

eeesh, 2 heartbreakers on matchups 7 and 8. matchup 8 ending made me want to delete the game when i hit a perfect shot out of the bunker to spin around the cup 3 times and then pop out. screwed me out of a Birdie. i saved the replay, never seen anything like it before. positive news is, i'm winning all the playoffs and am up to nearly $2 million in the bank, but i'm sure these next rounds will cost more or something.
ended up 6 under this qualifying round. that should get me in. if not, then i need top drop a few divisions to play in Challenger I tourneys.

How often will these tourneys happen? And shootouts suck so bad when you go first
