I had a "fast return" game sent out on the 26th. It arrived on the 5th. This is the second game that took that long to arrive. Do they lie about their ship dates?

It depends on where they're shipping it from, etc.
Each region has a distributor, but if you have a game that's high or your list for a real long time that you haven't gotten, sometimes they'll ship from much further away. You can see from where it's being shipped somewhere

I cancelled my subscription and it said I had 7 days to return the disc. I received it 7 days after canceling. Is this how they make their money? By charging fees if it's not back?

The main thing preventing me from keeping it is their slow shipping times. You spend half the month either waiting for them to receive or waiting to receive a disc. Now I only use it when they offer me the $1 month.
