Found a great football simulation game online; free of charge

I haven't played it alot yet because I just signed up yesterday, but this is what you do.
You create your coach, and then you get to choose from a list of fake former college players to be your guy. Then, you can either go to the chat room and ask for help and for a job(what I recommend) or try to apply for a team, college or pro. There are 2 College Leagues, similar to the main ones now, and 2 Pro leagues. There is a lot more to it, but it's too much to explain. It's fun though, and is one of the best simulation's out there.
