Honestly, I think his statement that *he's* now considering a chargeback on his suppliers is going to cause the largest melt in MTech history. People whined about the delays, but people are going to lose their fricking minds over the prospect of having waited all this time and getting nothing.

oh it's already out. he texted a few people last night and it's still being talked about this morning. i'm still wondering if i should wait another 2 months since i've already waited 5.

Ultimately, I think it comes down to whether you want the money or the cards more at this point. I think Mike has shown that he's legit enough that he'll give you your money back if you ask for it. So if you still want the cards more than the money, I would just ride it out. If you want the money more, take it.
The only variable to me is if there's a possibility Mike can't actually get his money back from his distro. And if that happens, and there's a run on refund requests, things could go sideways quickly. But you could still do a chargeback if you need.
I would just like to note once again for the record that I'm really glad I contented myself with just the one and then moved on

Do any of you baws have any experience with a code 43 when installing your GPU? This is my second card with no luck.

First, what is your setup? Pic would be beneficial as well.
Is the GPU an upgrade or is this a new build?
Graphics drivers fully updated? Did you get the code before or after updating the drivers?
Is your card properly installed? Check the PCI-E connectors on both the GPU and PSU as well as connection to the MOBO.
What is your GPU temp at idle?
