Yea I expect the same tbh but I got my 3090 so I’m not waiting on a card for me anymore really.

people are getting antsy. real antsy.
there was supposed to be this big delivery this past sunday. like 100 cards or so. all he had to show for it was about 15 1660 supers in the back of his hatchback. claimed 65 cards had shipped the day before.
i text him yesterday and asked him about the delivery having any FEs in it. he claims he's CONFIRMED that they will deliver NEXT WEEK to his house and he will be shipping them out. he says if i don't get a shipping notification by 1/4, he'll issue a refund to me.
so i guess we'll see.

Saw this one available for $619 in Lafayette last night.

Ordered and will be here Wednesday. They are going for a 100 or so more on the secondary market, so it doesn’t seem like a very desirable card. I did read/watch some reviews and it looks like it will work fine for my 1080 gaming. If it lasts me 2 years and if the cards get easier to find, I’ll upgrade later.
PS. It’s still available in Lafayette for pickup next week as of this post.

Yeah, that card is always available. It’s definitely overpriced. But hey, in the short term, if you can get your money’s worth out of it, so be it.

Picked it up today. Installed easy and runs great. I'll keep a look out for a TI and if I can score one, I'll sell this one and try to make my money back at least.
