it'll capcha you after you try a few times, and I don't think that "out of stock" message ever goes away, only way to know is when people start talking about it on discord or twitch.

no, the "out of stock" never changed when i got one last week, it'll just let you cart something
that's why you have the discord, twitch, or youtube open, you'll hear or see people talking about it when it's live. and we usually get some insight that it's coming soon because EU drops first.
that being said, the last 3 would have dropped before now, so idk.
