F1 manager 2022

I’d highly recommend it. I have about 200 hours in since release two weeks ago. Probably only half of that actually playing. I keep it on at all times because I can steam link it.

holy shite...100 hours of gameplay in 2 weeks 
So is this game similar to Football Manager, Out of the Park Baseball, etc in that you control everything up until the actual racing? Do you sim races or do you sit in the pit and watch the race and dictate strategies? How does it compare to the non-race aspects of the regular F1 game?
My favorite part of F1 is the actual driving and I don't spend too much time tinkering with car setups or anything. I'm curious if F1 manager would be for me or not.

And you can watch the actual race in real time while making the strategic decisions for your team. Graphics during the actual race are legit - better than any other manager game. Almost like youre viewing a replay of a race from the regular F1 game.

I enjoy it but some car movements are really rigid and terrible. Graphics themselves are great. I am 6 or 7 races in but only have had 3 safety cars. Wish Crofty had better dialogue and someone to gab it up with during the race. Still enjoyable.
