yup. and what sucks is my longer HDMI cable crapped out so I'm limited to single monitor at the time.
I mainly play factory, Woods, and Interchange so I know those maps....but some of the stashes and caches I can't remember.

you know, that's exactly what i did. i joined the official ETF discord and was talking in the #beginners-chat about the borderless mode. for me, my mouse wouldn't move from monitor to monitor while in the menus. and this was in both full screen and borderless. i brought it up in the discord and everyone thought i was talking crazy.
them: "what if you need to do a 180? your cursor would move off screen!"
me: "no, you idiot, that's not how borerless is supposed to work. it only should let you move your mouse from monitor to monitor while in the menus."
them: "wut? i only have one monitor, how does that work?"
when i'm in Warzone, if i'm in the menus, i can move from left monitor to right... back to left without "alt+tab"-ing. if i'm in game, i just go to the pause screen and move left to right. they couldn't grasp that concept.

how in the frick do streamers get on maps like Customs and NOBODY is in the lobby. I see multiple streamers at different times of the day in empty lobbies.
I just jumped on Customs and had 2 giga-chads literally chase me through half the map. Dude that killed me was level 54.

As a PMC or scav? This is my first wipe but being a month into it, customs feels dead anyway except for chads running dorms. (Given there are a lot of low level quests on Customs to do early on)
I’m not sure if it’s always that way for scavs—do PMCs normally try to get out before scavs start spawning?
I hardly ever run into PMC’s and I’ve been doing my scav runs exclusively on customs

They were hanging out in the fuel tank areas and heard me fight a scav. Came running out and chased the frick out of me from bridge area to almost gas station.

i think this is going to be a friday/saturday night game for me when i actually have time sit and really study how to play this game. couple that with some beers and it might actually be fun. definitely going to be on tomorrow night.

Hopefully this game comes to PS5 soon. I know the devs said it was in the works, but things move slowly with this game.

you basically have to treat learning the maps like a college class, but I definitely agree. I’ll try to get on fri/sat night but gf might have something to say this weekend since it’s close to v-day. I’ll be on next weekend at nights for sure. Sounds corny af but when I’ve had some free time I was reading the Reserve map and memorizing the chess piece buildings (white pawn, black, pawn, etc), figuring out how mapgenie laid out the different floors and where each floor system for each building was at around the edges of the actual map, etc.
E.g.
Left side
Left side detailed floors and bunkers (imagine helicopter sitting between black pawn and white king)

Just a way to memorize the buildings and where you’re at on the map I think. Don’t know about lore
