Error code SU-42118-6 on ps4 slim?

So I had to update my ps4, now I’m getting this error message. SU-42118-6 . Then only option is to shut down and restart. Download never happens.
Then I notice my disk is stuck in the console, I was able to manually remove the disk, but now I cannot feed disk into the system... any help?
I tried following some of the steps from online videos, restarted in safe mode etc...

I dunno. The worst problems I ever had with PS were fixed with a hard system reset.

On a serious note; have you tried booting the console into safe mode and tried to update it from there?
