It's a good game, but just doesn't have the feel that 3 did. On sale I would pick it up, Steam Xmas sale is coming.

I thought 2 & 3 were okay. I had fun and they were just different enough from GTA.
4 is my favorite by far. I loved the Crackdown, Infamous and Prototype series. Anything that gives me super powers and lets me wreak havoc is very appealing.
I just played through 4 a second time. The first time I tackled all of the side stuff on the map (races, beatdowns, whatever) before really using the main and side missions from the ship. This time I focused on the missions first (which slowly takes you through the map activities) and powered up quicker. Loved throwing out a fire bomb in a crowd and then using Super Stomp. Explosions are fun!
