Expat sounds better and better everyday, I am sick of that shite.

Expat doesn't really make sense in the context of the game though.

I'm thinking about Thailand or Vietnam if it comes to it.

Ska reminding everyone why he was in the same conversation as Guardian for best AWPer in the world not too long ago.

ETA: Holy shite that gunplay by Shroud to deny Luminosity a gun drop.

Is there a schedule for the teams that will play? Liquid and ninjas have to be in there somewhere. Will they only broadcast during finals or is this a weekly thing?

No idea about the TV schedule. I imagine having an entire tournament centered around a TV time restraint would be hell.

I mean is this a weekly scheduled broadcast or is it only when there is a final to show?

Yeah it's on the Eleague site, each week is a group in the group play (best of 2) (group A was C9, Luminosity, Renegades, and Team Liquid) which will be shown on twitch and the group final is shown on TBS (best of 3)

Well this is Group A finals. So I imagine they'll televise the finals of every group and then when it gets to the knockout rounds they'll show more.

ETA: Looks like we have others that know more.

Watching Stewie AWP then watching Skadoodle AWP is like watching a Nova and a Global. Which is saying something because Stewie is a damn good player. Ska is just a fricking god.

They need to add more seats in the crowd, I am sure they were worried about attendance, but surely there are enough to fill more than that without plants.

They'll probably hold the Grand Finals in a bigger venue, but this is just groups. Not out of the ordinary for groups to be in a smaller studio like this. The major that was hosted in Ohio sold out a 10k seat arena.

I watched that, but they should be able to fill more seats than that in their setup, even groups should draw more than that.

Off topic, if this is a success does it draw more finals to the venue in the US?

I doubt it. The vast majority of support for CSGO is firmly within Europe. Not to mention 95% of the top teams are European. If NA started producing more top tier teams rather than 1 or 2, maybe. It's not like NA never gets to host. I think they host enough for what they offer to the scene.
