I just want to run to Nito and kill him lol

I will say it's good to have a divine weapon for nito... There skelies will attack from the start and you need a divine weapon to perma kill them. Kill them but stay close to where you fall, otherwise you'll have to deal with more enemies. Nito himself is a joke.

I hit the second bonfire and have a pretty easy path to Nito. Starting the fight off with fall damage is gimmicky as hell. And while I am healing, he hits me with his ranged attack. I tried to rush him to avoid the ranged and get overrun
I have the Balder up to divine +4, but I seriously need to invest in faith to make it a viable weapon.

It honestly wouldn't be worth investing in faith. I would maybe get some green titinite to get it to +5. The skellies and his ranged cheese are the only things hard about the fight. Switch over to your main weapon for Nito.

So my daughter is obsessed with dark souls now. She just wants me to run thru and kill everything
Crestfallen soldier? Kill him!
Undead burg vendor? Kill him!
Catacombs blacksmith? Kill him!
I showed her the great scythe after switching from the short sword.
Her: THAT....IS AWESOME!
She's 4 by the way

I need to get my Great Scythe to +10.

I have a six-year-old that does the same. She watched me beat a boss the other night and said "you wrecked him."

Started up a sorceress in DS2: SotFS. Haven't had too much time to invest, but here's where I'm at:
SL 100
I've been farming Huntsman's Copse for a while now, just doing some jolly co-op. Wearing the Saint's Set for now, because it seems like everyone is wearing the Hexer's Set at this point. That's right, I killed that heal-spamming bitch, Licia.
So far it's been all sorceries for me, although I've bought everything from Licia (before offing her), and Felkin. Just haven't had the desire to upgrade my chime. And I'm aiming for the Staff of Wisdom, so I definitely don't want to waste any of the Twinkling.
My plan is to do Harvest Valley / Earthen Peak tomorrow after work.

Random Question...
Do you think there's enough souls to pillage in the game on the corpses lying around and in the souls enemies that vanish for good drop to get you to a high level to beat the game?
e.g. no farming.

Go watch some Soul Level 1 runs. It will make you feel like you really suck at Dark Souls.

Once you learn the exact animation frames you are invincible in your roll...you can pull off some crazy shite
I think onebros use pyromancy too. Nice damage. Along with a handful of good weapons

The no pyro runs are what get me. No way I couldn't use what the game gives me
