You have to use the humanity. Choose it in your consumable items box and press x. It will restore your humanity. Then kindle fire

So before I even touch a campfire I use humanity.

Then I sit down at the fire and click kindle?

I love reading your posts about DS, Pectus.

The important thing to do w/ the gargoyles is to focus on one and hit him hard and fast. Get that one done quickly.

They other one will usually just sit there and breathe fire allowing for you to focus on the other one.

I summoned another mercenary and he fought them with me. He would take their attention and I would fight from behind.

We just finished the first gargoyle when the second one started to be active. He was a knight. Last time, I summoned a cool as dude with a scythe!


I made it to an area with a lot of choices. Past the one leg stone dude (who is actually cool...don't want to kill him) I saw vine people. They are fun. Then I got raped by 3 at one time while trying to get a soul. But past that there are crazy huge nights. Then down a basin there's huge ice guys...I let the thing in the background kill them by putting myself between it's blasts and the ice guys. I kinda got a look at it. Looks like a 3 headed dragon. I thought all the dragons were dead....here's another (that's 2).

And then I made it to a place that had drakes on a valley. I beat one by it committing suicide.


So I have no idea which way to go now. Maybe I should tackle the big red dragon that I saw perch up on the bridge in the beginning of the game?



When is it OK to stop leveling up, and start using souls for weapon enhancement?
