Tarkus story is awesome.
all the lore in ds1 is amazing.
every npc has their own tragic story.
ds2...cant even remember a story. Just circle strafe a big boss.

DS2 has some interesting characters, like Vengral and Jugo, but no, no one as endearing as Solaire, Siegmeyer or Artorias. I have genuine affection for the characters in DS1.

Is NG+ in DSII worth it? I finished my first playthrough and started NG+ but made new char and have gotten about halfway through with him.
Thinking of jumping back on my original guy and doing NG+.

To update everyone, I went by target on the way him last night and they didn't have dark souls on PC or ps3....but they did have the diablo 2 battle chest for 20 bucks so I bought that and played it. Forgot how much I love d2
