fricking dammit... I just got hte four kings down to less then 1/10 and he does that area affect bullshite and wipes me out even though I had rolled way away.

they have easily become my #1 most despised boss.
ETA: 2 people have survived CorndogCologne's friendly tour of Ornstein & Smough's habitat. currently waiting for customer #3.

also, I added Luck de Irish and Avoiding Bear. Already had massacre and mj. anybody else in here that needs to be added?

Finally beat the four kings with my mage.

finally got that bastard.
tin crystallization catalyst + bosses = easy mode. I took out the firesage and the centipede demon pretty handily with this bad boy.

I'll be on this evening to finally end this pony show with O&S. So far I've killed Orenstein twice only to get Smough to half HP and get killed, summoned twice to no avail, and been invaded 3 times trying to fight them. ENOUGH!!!!

I actually like a rusty/havel's ring combo when i go there so i can race thru that muck
and purple moss. lots and lots of purple moss
the only reason i'm still working with this character is b/c i'm so far invested and have plenty of hours. other than that i'd just start over since i know a little better how to build my guy now. super pyromancer next time

I gave Blighttown a go last night, but all it did was make me mad. This was after having a couple drinks though, so I attribute my slow reflex time to the alcohol.

I forget hw exact formula, but it's something like 10 levels + 10% of the hosts soul level?
I was padding str, dex, and int pretty heavy, so I think I'm in the 60-70 range now.
I was drinking as well, it didn't prove to be a detriment. If anything, it fueled a berserker rage that made me more efficient. Four kings and seath know what I'm talking about.
ETA: Here is the correct formula: For the person being summoned, Your Level, +/- (10 + 10% of Your Level).
say I'm level 70, should open it up for 53 - 87.

faith and resistance i haven't touched at all
something like that. as you can see, i'm a jack of all trades, master of none. it's been my undoing. i know now that i should have a more focused, specialized build next time

This is exactly how I did Demon's Souls with my royal. God she was so badass. I would love to revisit this one, but I no longer have a PS3. Maybe I'll rebuild her in Dark Souls next after I finish with my pure DEX wanderer.

Wish I could play Demon's Souls.
maybe if I pick up a PS3 at some point, but that probably won't happen.
getting ready to visit Oolacile. Artorias should be a lot of fun.
ETA: well, artorias is dead. that was a very productive break between classes.
the residents of oolacile can't beat me conventionally, so they're resorted to bullshite tactics.
ambushes and casters.
maybe if I pick up a PS3 at some point, but that probably won't happen.
