Can’t login to Activision account for COD Cold War

Pulled my Xbox One out for first time in 3 years and bought the game. Felt like playing a new game
Got it installed took hours. Signed up for activision account and verified email.
Now it’s frozen on login screen for 20 minutes. Wtf I need help I been trying to set this up for hours. This shite has gotten too complicated used to just stick a disc in and start playing

Now it’s asking me to purchase the game again when I click A to start after I rebooted the console. Wtf
ETA it’s only 58% downloaded from the disc even though it says all content packages and what not are installed. But it says ready to start but I can’t get it to start all I’ve done is sign up and now when it says press A to start it asks me to buy the game online for 65 dollars. Do I just wait for it to complete downloading to 100%?

I would definitely let it finish before trying to play it.
