Looks like an RMA for my PS5 is my only option. BBuy return was only 15 days apparently.
Machine players movies/apps but games get about 10 seconds in and the whole system freezes..Took out the m.2 add on and it still happens to locally saved games..Restored system, factory reset from website, moved power location, you name it, I did it and same result

One time I sent off my ps4 and when it came back they wouldn’t deliver it to my house twice because I was at work despite my leaving a note saying just leave it on the porch so I tracked it to the warehouse and they said it was out on the truck and they had already tried to deliver it that day so I found the truck and they said I wasn’t allowed to get my package unless it was at my house but I said it was medical stuff for my grandma and she really needed it so they gave me my package

went by BBuy last night and they swapped out the unit...

I had a similar incident like this with Fedex that pissed me off so much haha

to feed into this a little, my original one last month was dropped to the E side or our town where I am on the W side..Luckily they had a picture of the delivered to house so I went and grabbed it
