Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II (2022) Reveal @ Noon CT Tomorrow

Excited for this game strictly because of the name, but the past two Call of Duty's tell me I shouldn't be excited. I am expecting this to be very similar to Modern Warfare 2019 as far as gameplay goes. Not too sure how they can make it that much different and wouldnt't even care if it isn't because I enjoyed that game.

MW 2019 was a really fun game. The last two have sucked absolute arse. Really hope they keep Gunfight, that gametype kept a lot of friends and myself busy for a year.

I also think something that is crucial for COD going forward is that they should seperate Warzone from the main game and make it its own thing.

Infinity ward did an excellent job on Modern Warfare so I'm actually excited for this reveal tomorrow. I really hope there's more game play than someone just telling us how "cool and amazing" it is. I'd also REALLY appreciate them showing a next-gen console FOV slider... I'll buy it on the spot if I see that tomorrow, no questions asked.

I loved the house clearing mission they put in MW and have seen a lot of people say they want more of that, but those missions are either going to have to be over in a few minutes (because when they clear a building they hit it hard and fast) or the person you're after gets away and you have to chase them through the city. I feel like it would get really repetitive.
Hope the rumors about some classic maps like Terminal are true. I heard they are adding Quarry, Terminal, etc to the next warzone map.

a partial 18 second clip of the trailer has leaked. it was apparently a Hulu ad. hopefully the trailer releasing today will show more stuff.

It depends on what you play COD for really. Casual/pub players seem to have this consensus.
I only really play ranked/competitive COD now. Cold War was actually a pretty damn good comp game whereas MW19 was traaaaaash. Vanguard is just awful in every angle possible.

single player campaign footage is always shown first. MP footage doesn't come out until maybe another month. it'll be closer to whenever the beta will be released.
