AT Games makes a portable Genesis but the sound emulation sucks.

Some of these are a little obscure but worth picking up if it doesn't cost you an arm and a leg. MUSHA would be on the list except it is insanely expensive now.

I love the little wrinkles that make MLF unique, like bribing the ref and the "long bomb" play designed to take a defensive player out of the game via an explosion.
