This game is amazing. There is so much to do. Badass points, skill points, looting, challenges, gambling, and missions. What else is there in life to do? I say nothing.

no. more importantly you need to know what guns work best against what bad guys.
skags and other critters. > shotgun.
robots > corrosive or slag weapons.

I know now. Earlier I had to go to outlook maybe to turn a beacon on and it's got like 400 robots in it. I was struggling until I pulled out my corrosive sniper with like 50% chance to corrode or something. It took them down immediately. My slag wasn't doing shite. And slag is my go to gun.

This is huge. The others are helpful as well, but having a corrosive weapon is almost a necessity when fighting these dudes. A sniper corrosive is also helpful so you can score criticals by taking out the arms (also makes them essentially useless).

Not all fire weapons work against humans. Fire works more against flesh. I believe corrosive dmg works against armor. Not sure on that one. Theres my contribution.
