That's the reason I need a new router...I got kicked offline by my router in the middle of a fantastic Bazaar match yesterday. It did that to me three times. Plus, it keeps needing to be reset. It's old, though...

Is a firmware update like when the Playstation has to update itself? But, I'm guessing the router has it's own firmware? Why would it not do that on its own?

Because the router doesn't have programming to tell it to force update or become inoperable.

I'm getting tired of my shite freezing mid-match. The damn non-skipable loading screens make the decision to restart pretty easy.

For 20 bucks I wouldn't care too much
I like how mine has a quick connect button so you don't have to remember the password if something happens and you need to connect something new
Routers and modems need reset buttons on the front though, I've always thought yet but haven't seen many with that feature
