I'm the same way with the MP5. It's all I would use in MW1, but the recoil on it in this one is ridiculous. I've shot an MP5 before, and the recoil isn't near what it is in the game. I rarely use an SMG anymore
That being said, I've been using the ACR and M4. Just started using the F2000, not a bad gun.

I used the SCAR until I just unlocked the M16. I don't know which one I like better. It seems the M16 kills them quicker and doesn't run out of ammo as fast.

The SCAR is all I use... Once I unlocked it my only other kills other than that gun are choppers/grenades/predators/any other flying death machine...

I've unlocked everything for the M4A1 now I moved on to the SCAR.
