I can't say anything for 360, but pc's glitches are pretty bad.

it feels like at the busier times of the day, i fall through the map a lot more often. if i get on at 2am, i have almost no issues at all. thats really the only major glitch i run into. every now and then i cant aim down my sights, but i just switch to my pistol and back and everything works just fine.

had the aiming issue and the non sprinting issue. Id have to crouch get back up then I could sprint.
