Depends on which VR set you have and it's range. Quest and Rift S you can set up massive rooms with the inside out tracking and adjust to wherever you are with ease. Just find a nice open space and track out your new playspace. Vive or Index style has lighthouses you need to put up to track you. While it's not as easy to setup and you can make it portable, it's better to have a permanent big space for them. They are far better at tracking than the inside out tracking.

As good of one as you can get to be honest, a lot of VR apps are hard on processors and graphics cards.
