Turns out all the physical serves they sent me...single power supply when they are all supposed to be dual. Oh yeah...no power cords. I had to dig up some 125v cords just to power them up so I can build them. So, single 125v power when I need dual 250v power.
Oh yeah, supposed to have one server with a PCI card installed too. Nope.

Geez dude, you need to call your rep and tell them the basic/standard server you require and that if anyone calls in anything different for them to give you a call.
But yes, been there and the only survival technique is to pray you have the spare parts lying around somewhere.
