It's consistently great, I have had better poboys, but it's always been from hit or miss places. Verti seems to deliver on every visit so far.

I see a few mentions of Parasol's in here - does anyone know if the kitchen is still open??
I know they closed the bar due to some issues with not paying their taxes, but someone mentioned that the kitchen would remain open. However anytime I pass by (usually 2-4 times a week) the place looks completely closed up.
