This sounds good, as well.

Fresh, I´ll rub with pressed garlic, pimentón, fresh cut parsley, then slap some EVOO. After, a little more pimentón and parsley. Then to the grill. It comes out well. Obviously, the parsley´s a no-no, if you´re pan searing.
